The meeting of interested parties within the pilot project of the CBRN EU CBRN Centers Initiative Project

Wednesday, September 11, 2024, the interim deputy director of ANRAN Elena Mrsa participated in the meeting of the interested parties within the pilot project of the CBRN EU CBRN Centers Centers Consolidation in the field of Law System in the field of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear security. It aims to strengthen the capacities of investigation, criminal prosecution and examination of cases related to chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) took place at the General Prosecutor's Office. The new project will be fully funded by the European Commission within the European Union initiative on CBRN excellence centers and implemented by the United Nations Institute for Crime and Justice Research (UniRI). Police, the Ministry of Justice-discussed with the regional coordinator for South-East and Eastern Europe of the CBRN program, Talgat toleubayev.

The main topics addressed included the objectives and purpose of improving the investigative skills, criminal prosecution and examination of the CBRN, planning the training sessions for increasing the CBRN field, Prosecutors, the possibility of subsequent integration in the plan of continuous training of specialized courses, the training of a group of trainers in the matter thus ensuring the multiplication of knowledge at national level, etc. The accession of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union for the years 2024-2027.
